The Human Services and Addictions Counseling Program has been approved as a second year Macro Internship Placement for the SUNYA School of Social Welfare’s Graduate Program. A special thank you goes to Patricia Birch and Ann Ruecker who were vital in having this partnership occur. Their willingness to be field supervisors is assisting Chris Bender, TA for English and Foreign Languages complete his MSW in Macro-Level Practice. Chris will be gaining classroom experience, assisting with a Needs Assessment for Rensselaer County DSS and assisting with the SSEP Contract with the county as well.
We are thrilled to once again be an approved internship site for SUNYA’s graduate program. And we are equally excited to be helping a colleague complete his graduate school journey.
